Once your order has been placed, your consultation form is sent to one of our EU registered doctors. They will then either approve or decline your consultation. In the event that your consultation is declined, you will be notified by email and/or telephone and your order will be cancelled. For orders which are approved, a prescription is issued and payment for you order is taken via our secure payment provider. |

Once your prescription has been issued, one of our pharmacists will dispense the medication. This is almost the same process that takes place in a hospital; your medication is taken from the shelf, date and batch numbers are checked and the required labels are printed. The pharmacist performs the final checks against the prescription and then your medication is placed into a courier envelope. |

All orders are dispatched by 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 90% of our orders are dispatched by UPS and are delivered the next working day. Once you order is dispatched, you will be updated via email which will include your unique tracking number. Delivery is free of charge. |
